I give you the EXACT blueprint and tell you what to do, but only you can actually do it and yes it involves getting in the trenches (and getting sweaty) and doing work (that being said, I can take tons of time off your learning curve which is another benefit of the program).
But hey, the best part is you don't have to go on a diet to get there.
