Some pretty drastic life changes needed to happen - girlfriend broke up with me, got laid off from my job, started to develop a “Dad bod” from years of being on the "see-food diet" (I see food, I eat it), until I decided that I needed to change.
I’ve tried and failed more times than I’d like to admit when it comes to finding that elusive “magic pill” or secret when it comes to weight loss.
After years of trial and error, I finally discovered a way to lose weight WITHOUT going on a crazy diet or wasting hours at the gym.
I got lean. Fast.
It felt so damn good to see my abs for the first time, ever. It felt good to be able to wear clothes that actually fit me properly. I finally wasn’t ashamed anymore to change my clothes in public.
I then spent the next few years researching, reading, training, and figuring out all this fitness stuff and mastering my craft.
That's how the Fat Loss Accelerator was born.
I take a highly-focused, and personal approach to working with my individual clients. It's my goal to help every single person succeed, and learn the processes necessary to make health and fitness a part of their daily routine and lifestyle.
