I wanted to crawl out of my own skin when I saw this picture.
I needed to do something about my current situation.
I then started trying different diets and meal plans. I mean, that's what you're supposed to do.
I tried the cabbage soup diet and I swear eating a piece of cardboard would've tasted better than the soup recipe that I followed.
I followed the cayenne pepper and lemonade cleanse and it lasted all of two sips before I spit it all out.
I tried out those done-for-you meals but unless you’re a king, there’s no way you can keep paying for those meals and make rent at the same time.
The best thing I could come up with was take counselling so I can accept the fact that abs are only meant for celebrities and genetic freaks.
I was ready to throw in the towel
Then one day, I had to get some blood taken and my doctor told me I couldn’t eat anything the morning of my test. Being a good lad, I followed his orders.
When I weighed myself the next day, I noticed that I had by some miracle lost some weight.
It's as if by luck, I had triggered something for my body to react in such a positive way.
I was intrigued.
I then did a little bit more digging in this phenomenon.
Turns out that meal frequency and eating windows has a lot to do with how your body burns fat.
There's actually a natural mechanism that's already built in your body that just needs to be activated.

I found more information about this "accident" that I discovered and started testing things on myself. I became my own personal lab rat.
After years of trial and error…I figured it out.

After 8 weeks of using this new system, I melted all the fat around my stomach.
I was finally able to get rid of my “Dad bod” and I saw my abs for the first time...without having to go on a restrictive diet.
