It is Day 18 of the 21-Day Challenge! We're almost done!

Today's workout has a little bit of everything (you'll see) executed Tabata style.

It's going to be awesome and you'll be harnessing the after-burn effect we've talked about before, boosting your metabolism with this short, effective sequence that will have you burning fat all day!

As always, make sure you're going max effort for 20 seconds so you can earn that 10 second rest in between.
